Release 3.4

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.4 was made generally available in December 2017. This is NOT the latest release of the Avaya Co-browsing Snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced for the Avaya Breeze platform and selected snap-ins as stand-alone products. The Avaya Oceana Solution still depends on Avaya Breeze; therefore, the Avaya Oceana Solution offer includes Avaya Breeze, Context Store, Co-browsing, and Engagement Designer. Support for these components will continue as part of the Avaya Oceana Solution.

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.4 includes the following new features and enhancements:

  • Alignment with the Avaya Breeze Platform, release 3.4.
  • Attribute Grouping and description change.
  • Enahnced logging improvement serviceability.
  • Support for tokenless access for authentication and authorization.

Compatibility and Interoperability

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.4 interoperates with the following Avaya product releases:
