Release 3.5

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.5 was made generally available in August 2018. This is NOT the latest release of the Avaya Co-browsing Snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced for the Avaya Breeze platform and selected snap-ins as stand-alone products. The Avaya Oceana Solution still depends on Avaya Breeze; therefore, the Avaya Oceana Solution offer includes Avaya Breeze, Context Store, Co-browsing, and Engagement Designer. Support for these components will continue as part of the Avaya Oceana Solution.

New in Release 3.5

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.5 includes the following new features and enhancements:

  • Pseudo class element support for webpages utilizing pseudo elements.
  • New features for customers to color code and draw shapes around selected data on a web page.
  • Web technologies that include Iframe element and CSS3 support.
  • Centralized logging.
