Latest Release: 3.10 (January 2023)

Release 3.6

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.6 was made generally available in April 2019. This is NOT the latest release of the Avaya Co-browsing Snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced for the Avaya Breeze platform and selected snap-ins as stand-alone products. The Avaya Oceana Solution still depends on Avaya Breeze; therefore, the Avaya Oceana Solution offer includes Avaya Breeze, Context Store, Co-browsing, and Engagement Designer. Support for these components will continue as part of the Avaya Oceana Solution.

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.6 includes the following new features and enhancements:

  • Multiple jQuery Support
  • Co-browse support for AngularJS and ReactJS
  • Data highlight using marker from agent to customer
  • Annotation tool from agent to customer
