Latest Release: 3.10 (January 2023)

Release 3.9

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.9 was made generally available in July 2022. This is NOT the latest release of the Avaya Co-browsing Snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced for the Avaya Breeze platform and selected snap-ins as stand-alone products. The Avaya Oceana Solution still depends on Avaya Breeze; therefore, the Avaya Oceana Solution offer includes Avaya Breeze, Context Store, Co-browsing, and Engagement Designer. Support for these components will continue as part of the Avaya Oceana Solution.

New in Release 3.9

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.9 includes the following new features and enhancements:

  • Configuration support for the Avaya Aura System Manager Agent Request Control feature.
  • Supports Angular 10 - 13, jQuery v3.5.1 and v3.6, and PostgreSQL 13.5.

Compatibility and Interoperability

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.9 interoperates with the following Avaya product releases:

  • Avaya Breeze Platform 3.8.1.1
