This is the first release of the Avaya CRMGateway Snap-in. Key features for developers include:

• Access and retrieval of customer records from CRM systems like SAP, OpenCRX, and Siebel when deployed with the Avaya Oceana solution.
• An open architecture that developers can use to write their own adapters for the Avaya Oceana Solution to request and retrieve customer records from CRM systems/datastores.
• A native ReST interface plus Java SDK API and sample adapters.
