Latest Release: 3.10 (January 2023)

Release 3.8

Avaya CRMGateway Snap-in Release 3.8 was made generally available in September 2020; Feature Pack 2 (Release 3.8.2) was issued in March 2022. This is NOT the latest release of the Avaya CRMGateway Snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced for Avaya Oceana Solution and its associated snap-ins:
  • End of sale: July 29, 2022
  • End of support: July 29, 2023
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of the Avaya CRMGateway Snap-in for Avaya Oceana Solution.
