Overview

The SocialConnector Snap-in is deployed with the Avaya Oceana Solution and acts as a connector to social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Kik. SocialConnector Snap-in interacts with Social Media gateways to send and receive data to and from Social Media platforms. Using the SocialConnector Snap-in API, developers can create solutions that integrate any third-party social gateways with the Avaya Oceana Solution.
