Release 3.2

Avaya Oceana Solution 3.2 and Service Pack 1 (Release 3.2.0.1) were made generally available in October 2016. This is not the latest release of the Avaya Oceana Solution. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: July 17, 2017
  • End of support: July 7, 2018
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Oceana Solution.

New in Release 3.2

  • Omnichannel workflow and attribute based routing.
  • Customer journey visualization.
  • Reporting and analytics provided by Avaya Oceanalytics
  • Avaya Oceana Workspaces client for agents and supervisors.
  • New Chatbot snap-in for integration with Avaya Automated Chat.
  • Android, iOS and JavaScript SDKs to support the creation of customer-side chat and WebRTC voice clients.
  • Reference clients for assisted chat and co-browse.
  • Centralized administration via Avaya Control Manager.
  • Support for 1,000 concurrent agents
