Release 3.9

Avaya Oceana Solution 3.9 was made generally available in July 2022. This is not the latest release of the Avaya Oceana Solution. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: January 17, 2023
  • End of support: December 31, 2023
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Oceana Solution.

New in Release 3.9

Avaya Oceana Solution release 3.9 introduced the following new and enhanced features:

  • Support for sensitive data validation and masking on incoming customer emails.
  • Profanity validation and masking support on inbound email contacts.
  • Support for Avaya Analytics non-bosh deployment.
  • Enable users to initiate an ad-hoc voice call to a configured and available Avaya Oceana service, irrespective of their work status - ready, ACW, or active on non-voice contacts.
  • Avaya Analytics incremental backup support.
  • Enhancements to the Analytics Geo solution historical reporting.
  • Oceana dashboard enhancements adding custom elements such as Overload Status and Certificate Status.
  • New hide Transcripts button helps restrict access to CustomeryJourney transcripts.
  • Support for multireply email response.
  • Additional of Historical Agent Trace reporting in Avaya Analytics.
