Release 7.1

Operational Analyst Release 7.1 was made generally available in May 2006; Service Pack 8 was issued August 2010. This is NOT the latest release of Operational Analyst: the latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: May 4, 2009
  • End of support: May 1, 2012
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Operational Analyst.

New in Release 7.1

Operational Analyst Release 7.1 includes the following new and enhanced features:

  • The ability to define Aux Reason codes.
  • Agent availability by channel.
  • Optional database management on Oracle.
