Overview

Proactive Contact is Avaya’s industry-leading platform for the creation and management of outbound campaigns and customer communications. The contact management software offers superior voice detection and predictive dialing capabilities. Proactive Contact can run as a standalone campaign management application or integrate with Avaya Aura Contact Center or Call Center Elite. Proactive Contact can be deployed as a “soft dialer” alongside Avaya Aura Communication Manager for low volume dialing needs or as a "hard dialer" or high volume dialing situations.

  • End of sale: December 31, 2020
  • End of support: December 31, 2022
