Avaya Speech Search Engine Release 7.0 was made generally available in December 2016. This is the first and latest release of the Speech Search Engine and is recommended for new development.

New in Release 7.0

Key features of the first release of the Speech Search Enqine include:

  • Enables fast and accurate searching of large audio and video archives for specific spoken words and phrases.
  • Avaya Speech Search Engine API contains all the commands necessary to set up and configure an audio mining system to process and search audio data.
  • The audio mining process comprises indexing, query construction and searching.
  • Includes a 32-bit and 64-bit dynamic link library (DLL), and a single “Any CPU” managed assembly DLL, for Microsoft® Windows®.
  • Includes a 32-bit and 64-bit shared library for Linux®.
  • Provides a C API for Windows and Linux, and a .Net managed interface for Windows.
