Avaya Aura System Manager Release 10.2 was made generally available in December 2023. This is the latest release of System Manager and is recommended for new development.

New in Release 10.2

System Manager 10.2 introduces the following new features and enhancements:

  • VMware vSphere ESXi 8.0 and VMware vCenter Server 8.0 support in a VMware virtualized environment
  • J139, J159, J189, and J189CC endpoint support
  • Support for send-nn and Q-call buttons on J-Series endpoints
  • Enhancements to support restoring a System Manager backup on a System Manager with different IP address or FQDN (or both)
  • Trellix AV (fka McAfee) software deployment support in a virtualized environment to detect, prevent, and eliminate malware threats
