Latest Release: 10.2 (December 2023)

Release 8.0.1

Avaya Aura System Manager Release 8.0.1 was made generally available in December 2018 as part of the Avaya Aura Platform Release 8.0.1. This is not the latest release of System Manager. The latest release is recommended for new development.

Important The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: December 13, 2021
  • End of support: March 6, 2023
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Aura System Manager.
Overview Downloads

New in Release 8.0.1

System Manager 8.0.1 includes the following new and enhanced features:

  • Supports the following new endpoints: Avaya J129 IP Phone, Avaya J169 IP Phone, Avaya J179 IP Phone
  • Export of the added, updated, or deleted user-related data for a specific delta period.
  • With the Extended Hostname Validation (EHV) feature, the system validates the host name or domain name of the server with the value of the subject or subjectAltName (SAN) field in the identity certificate for establishing the SSL connection.
  • During deployment or upgrade of the application, the customer can enable or disable the root user account.
  • CallPilot is no longer supported.
  • Support for 16-digit extension.
