Avaya Control Manager

Latest Release: 9.1 (July 2022)

Release 7.1

Avaya Control Manager Release 7.1 was made generally available in May 2014; Release 7.1.3 was issued in October 2016. Release 7.1.3 introduces support for Avaya Oceana Solution and is limited to customers who are deploying the Avaya Oceana Solution. This is NOT the latest release of Avaya Control Manager. The latest release is recommended for new development.

Important The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: February 28, 2018
  • End of support: February 28, 2019
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Control Manager.

The Avaya Control Manager API for use with this release is provided on the Avaya Control Manager Installation CD. See Chapter 4 of the Using Avaya Control Manager API guide for instructions on how to install the API.
