Latest Release: 10.2 (December 2023)

Release 8.1.2

Avaya Aura Session Manager Release 8.1.2 was made generally available in March 2020 as part of Avaya Aura Platform Release 8.1.2. This is NOT the latest release of Avaya Aura Session Manager. The latest release is recommended for new development.

Important The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: December 13, 2021
  • End of support: March 6, 2023
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Aura Session Manager.

Features in the new release

Session Manager 8.1.2 introduces the following new features:

  • Ability to enable or disable data encryption for Avaya Aura applications at the time of deployment
  • Support for administrable endpoint adaptation, allowing an administrator to apply sequences of adaptations to groups of endpoints (based on device type) and/or users (based on membership in an origination dial-pattern set)
