Latest Release: 3.10 (January 2023)

Release 3.8

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.8 was made generally available in September 2020; Feature Pack 1 (Release 3.8.1) was issued in April 2021. This is NOT the latest release of the Avaya Co-browsing Snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced for the Avaya Breeze platform and selected snap-ins as stand-alone products. The Avaya Oceana Solution still depends on Avaya Breeze; therefore, the Avaya Oceana Solution offer includes Avaya Breeze, Context Store, Co-browsing, and Engagement Designer. Support for these components will continue as part of the Avaya Oceana Solution.

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.8 includes the following new features and enhancements:

  • Increased maximum customer CoBrowse session on Internet Explorer to approximately 86 minutes.
  • Support for the apostrophe \’ special character in name.
  • Support for Angular 7 - 9, jQuery v3.3 and v3.4, and MSSQL Server 2019 and PostgreSQL 12.2.
