Release 3.7

Avaya Oceana Solution 3.7 was made generally available in December 2019; Service Pack 1 (Release 3.7.0.1) was issued in February 2020. This is not the latest release of the Avaya Oceana Solution. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale:
    • with Avaya Analytics 3.7.x: December 31, 2019
    • with Avaya Analytics 4.0: September 29, 2020
  • End of support:
    • with Avaya Analytics 3.7: March 31, 2020*
    • with Avaya Analytics 4.0: September 29, 2021
* Support for Avaya Analytics 3.7.x ends March 31, 2021. Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates for Avaya Oceana solution with Avaya Analytics 3.7 can be found here, and for Avaya Oceana solution with Avaya Analytics 4.0 here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Oceana Solution.
