Release 3.7

The Avaya Breeze Platform Release 3.7 was made generally available in December 2019; Service Pack 1 (Release 3.7.0.1) was issued October 2020; Service Pack 2 (Release 3.7.0.2) was issued in July 2021. This is NOT the latest release of the Avaya Breeze Platform. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: May 15, 2022
  • End of sale: November 15, 2022
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Breeze platform.

Avaya Breeze 3.7 includes the following new and enhanced features:

  • Enhanced the System Overload Monitor to monitor the status of disks on an Avaya Breeze platform server.
  • A new alarm to indicate when a WebSphere container managed thread has been running for a prolonged period of time (>3 minutes).
  • Introduced an additional method into the Logger API to log events/alarms when the node is in Deny New State.
  • Updated media callback listener methods to improve consistency in the media portions of the API (including voice XML and speech search).
