Engagement Call Control Snap-in Release 3.2, Service Pack 1 (Release 3.2.2.1) was issued in April 2017. This is NOT the latest release of this Avaya Breeze snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced for the Avaya Breeze platform and selected snap-ins as stand-alone products. The Avaya Oceana Solution still depends on Avaya Breeze; therefore, the Avaya Oceana Solution offer includes Avaya Breeze, Context Store, Co-browsing, and Engagement Designer. Support for these components will continue as part of the Avaya Oceana Solution.

Engagement Call Control 3.2.2.1 includes the following new and enhanced features:

  • A new REST API sendDigits.
  • An additional optional field, “consultOption”.
  • Support for sending agentId in the call events if an agent is logged in to the station.
