Release 3.7

Engagement Call Control Snap-in Release 3.7 was issued in December 2019. This is NOT the latest release of this Avaya Breeze snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced for the Avaya Breeze platform and selected snap-ins as stand-alone products. The Avaya Oceana Solution still depends on Avaya Breeze; therefore, the Avaya Oceana Solution offer includes Avaya Breeze, Context Store, Co-browsing, and Engagement Designer. Support for these components will continue as part of the Avaya Oceana Solution.

Engagement Call Control Snap-in Release 3.7 interoperates with the following Avaya product releases:

  • Avaya Breeze Platform 3.7.
  • Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services 6.3.3 or later.
  • Avaya Aura Communication Manager Release 6.3.3 or later.
  • Avaya Aura Messaging Release 6.3.3 or later.
