Release 3.9

Avaya Context Store Snap-in Release 3.9 was made generally available in July 2022. This is NOT the latest release of the Avaya Context Store Snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced for the Avaya Breeze platform and selected snap-ins as stand-alone products. The Avaya Oceana Solution still depends on Avaya Breeze; therefore, the Avaya Oceana Solution offer includes Avaya Breeze, Context Store, Co-browsing, and Engagement Designer. Support for these components will continue as part of the Avaya Oceana Solution.

New in Release 3.9

Context Store 3.9 introduced the following new and enhanced features:

  • Customer Journey Widget enhancements to enable Avaya Oceana administrators to restrict agent access to transcripts
  • Certificate and overload status support on the Avaya Oceana Dashboard display
