Release 3.7

Avaya Context Store Snap-in Release 3.7 was made generally available in December 2019; Service Pack 1 (Release 3.7.0.1) was issued in February 2020. This is NOT the latest release of this Avaya Breeze snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced for the Avaya Breeze platform and selected snap-ins as stand-alone products. The Avaya Oceana Solution still depends on Avaya Breeze; therefore, the Avaya Oceana Solution offer includes Avaya Breeze, Context Store, Co-browsing, and Engagement Designer. Support for these components will continue as part of the Avaya Oceana Solution.

New in Release 3.7.0.1

Context Store 3.7.0.1 introduced the following new and enhanced features:

Added new "Solution Type" and "EDM: Disable persistence of personally identifiable data" attributes.
Reduced the maximum result set size of Context Store Query APIs to 1,000 entries.
Added Stop /Start functionality to WAS-based services.

New in Release 3.7

Context Store 3.7 introduced the following new and enhanced features:

A new attribute titled “Ocean deployment” attribute” has been added to the Context Store Manager svar.
Various serviceability upgrades were included in release 3.7 to the External Data Mart (EDM) and Context Store Query APIs.
Streams service is no longer supported.
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) support added for Context Store connection to the EDM database.
Provision added to delete customer data from EDM and the Context Store datagrid for Context Store with Oceana deployments.

Screen Sort is a JavaScript Import demo that can be used with ScreenPop. It adds two buttons to a HTML formatted ScreenPop page that provide the functionality to sort in increasing or decreasing format by either the keys or the values displayed in the table.
