J100 Series SIP Software Release 1.1

J100 SIP Software Release 1.1.0.0 was made generally available in March 2017 for installation on the Avaya J129 IP Phone. This is NOT the latest release of SIP software for installation on the J129 IP Phone. The latest release is recommended for new development.

J100 Series SIP Software Release 1.1 does not support the Avaya Deskphones Push and Web APIs or any associated push types.

Features in the new release

The Avaya J129 IP Phone using J100 Series SIP Release 1.1 software is supported with:

Avaya Aura Platform 6.2 FP4, 7.0.0, 7.0.1, and associated service packs
IP Office 10.0 SP2

J100 SIP Release 1.1.0.1 includes fixes only, and no new features.

J100 SIP Release SIP 1.1.0.0 new features include:

Avaya IP Office Personal Directory local contacts support
Mac Address-based setting file provisioning
Support for select third party call control platforms including Broadsoft Broadworks R21 SP1, Zang Office R1.0 and Edgewater Network device (Edgemarc 4550)
