Latest Release: J100 SIP 4.1.0.0 (Jan 2023)
J100 SIP Software Release 1.5 was made generally available in April 2018 for installation on the Avaya J169 and J179 IP Phones. This is NOT the latest release of SIP software for installation on the J169 and J179 IP Phones. The latest release is recommended for new development.
J100 Series SIP Software Release 1.5 does not support the Avaya Deskphones Push and Web APIs or any associated push types.
Important
J100 SIP Release 1.5 is the first software release for the Avaya J169 and J179 IP Phones. This release is equivalent to Avaya 96x1 SIP Release 7.1.1.0 in terms of feature functionality, however J100 SIP Release 1.5 runs only on the J169 and J179 hardware. No other phone can upgrade to, or use, J100 SIP Release 1.5.
