Hi Expert,

I have a question for multiple POM.

When set multiple POM server to invoke method init(PAMSocketInfo[] pamAddresses). what is the behavior for the agent login.
1) Will the agents logged in POM server in load balance automatically?
2)if a POM server down, the agent which logged in the POM will log in to other POM automatically?
3) customer have 800 agents for outbound. how many POM server need?

what POM desktop are you using? AAAD, Syntelate or custom?

i'm using a custom desktop, i have 2 servers configured. The desktop is notified when the primary server goes down, i then configured the desktop to reconnect on the other server address.
