I am not getting Event cause EC_DO_NOT_DISTURB in tsapi exerciser ,even the soft phone is configured as DO NOT Distrub. I am getting as EC_DEST_NOT_OBTAINABLE. Is there any settings to be done on CM. Any document to configure DO Not Distrub in CM?

IIRC, the feature that TSAPI calls "Do Not Disturb" is actually the Communication Manager feature called "Send All Calls". So, if you make a SAC call, I suspect that you will see EC_DO_NOT_DISTURB.
