Hello,
I'm trying to answer a call from Avaya Agent Desktop (AAD) or from CCT Referece Client and getting the next message "The specified feature cannot be accessed"
The only way I can answer the call is from Avaya Communicator. If I try to make or release a call from AAD or Ref Client it works.

Also I have another issue, if I put a call on hold from AAD I can retrieve it from AAD but if I put a call on hold from the Avaya Communicator I'm not been able to retrieve it from AAD.
