Hi There,

Is there anyway for POM to do session affinity for its MPP's. Ill provide the scenario so you can understand why i am asking. So lets say we have ACD1 and ACD2 which route calls between each other via a SIP trunk for huntgroup calls that arrive to h323 connected ip stations. I have a POM Blended agent connected to ACD1. The agent gets nailed for outbound, and POM connects them with an outbound contact 91(xxx)xxx-xxxx. Now after speaking to the contact, the agent needs to do a consultative transfer to a queue on ACD2. POM puts the contact on hold in the MPP as Session1, Creates a new Session2 to a SIP Destination on ACD2. The call queues to the agent on ACD2 and talk path is established between POM outbound Agent Nailed from ACD1 and Agent on ACD2. Now POM Agent on ACD1 tries to transfer the customer holding as Session1 in the MPP which is 91(xxx)xxx-xxxx and the Agent on ACD2 Session2. The MPP sends out a refer w/ replaces to ACD2 referring it to the 91(xxx)xxx-xxxx. Well when ACD2 tries to act on that refer back to the POM MPP's to merge with the outbound call and we get a 481 call does not exist and the Agent experience results in the Original POM Outbound call not being transferred and returning to the original outbound agent. The way the MPP's are setup in SM is that we have 6 POM MPP's in 1 SM Local Hostname e.g.(POMMPP.abc123.com) in which we balance calls between each one equally using priority and weight. They are managed by 1 EPM that has a hostname for the proxy of e.g. abc123.com. Is there anything we can do, maybe an adaptation basically to get the call back to the MPP that sent the refer out? Does the domain name in the EPM except wildcards or expressions or must it be abc123.com like what is setup in the Proxy Server?
