Dear, experts.
I have a question about Context Store Screen Pop operations.
As I know, OneX-agent is needed to use CS Screen pop.
but I think customer can develop CS Screen pop using TSAPI API without OneX-Agent.
Is it correct assumption?

Hi Chris,

Context Store Screenpop can be used in conjugation with multiple clients.

Screenpop APIs are REST based APIs and there are sample configurations that maybe be useful to you in the Avaya Context Store Snap-in Developer Guide, available to download from the Context Store downloads on https://www.devconnectprogram.com
