I’m looking at the AES DMCC XML SDK doc trying to see if there are any caveats we need to be aware of with AES/DMCC running in GRHA. Do we just point our software to the vIP and everything else is transparent to us? Our application runs in "No Media" mode and does basic answer/transfer/conference type of call control functions.

Have you reviewed these two white papers? I believe they are working toward releasing one for 8.0, I will check on that.

You are using what amounts to TSAPI/ASAI services for the events you mention so pay attention to information related to TSAPI as it relates to GRHA, but each form of AES HA has differences in how it does/doesn't impact applications using specific API.
