Hello everyone, I have used following to add agent
model=Agent
fields=Extension|Name|Login_ID|Direct_Agent_Skill
operation=add
qualifier=3754

But, no luck adding agent to CM! I am using sample app given with SMS SDK for linux. CM has version 6.3.15.1-SP15. Kindly help here. I have read the docs and rtfm.

Have you tried the same operation at the Communication Manager SAT and know it works?
An agent must include at least one skill (can be the same as the direct agent skill). So a skill must be included in your request. The direct agent skill is a separate concept on the agent form/functionality.
