Hello All,

I have a OD application which prompts the user to enter the number and transfer the call with the UUI. This application is currently on production and the average time of this application is in milliseconds.

For some calls, in AEP reports I see the 'Near End Disconnects' in the 'End details' column. But I checked in the application logs and I see in the logs that call is transfer successfully with the UUI.

So my question is why AEP reports showing the 'Near End Disconnects' when call is transfer?

Please let me know How I can solve this issue.

Once the call has been transferred, it is disconnected from the EP port. It seems to be a valid report.
