Are TSAPI and DMCC same or they have different arch?
I wanted to understand if I am coding using Java or .Net which one is better?

TSAPI is C++ - no Java.

DMCC has a Java, .NET and a XSD roll your own version.

Architecturally, they are similar, but being different SDKs there are differences.

JTAPI is Java - it is an object oriented version of TSAPI functionality.

DMCC's Call Control Services largely expose JTAPI/TSAPI services (I'd say 95%; the most useful ones), but with the differences you would expect given they were developed 15 years apart by different development teams.
