Seems similar to an old post of 20/03/2013 but now my problem is as described below

Installed the latest RTDSDK (17/08/2020):
AACC_R7_1_0_3-RTDSDK.exe
and I try to connect to the server using the tools in the bin directory, for example using the:

rtdapp_unicode.exe

After insert credential for sysadmin, CLAN (Server IP), select 3 : AGENT, type o view : 1 or 2 is the same, refresh rate : 4

I get the following error:
RTDApp::performLogin : Attempt to log in....
readLoggingRegistryKeys: Could not open key SOFTWARE\Nortel\ICCM\Toolkit\ConnMgr
readLoggingRegistryKeys: Could not open key SOFTWARE\Nortel\ICCM\Toolkit\ConnMgr
setLoggingRegistryKeySettings: Couldn't create\open key SOFTWARE\Nortel\ICCM\Toolkit\ConnMgr
Failed to Login . rc = 60009 - Communication failure during login: 60009



I've installed MS Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistribuable (x64) and also (x86) - 14.26.28808.


I've the same error also with the app:
RtdView.exe
