Do we make a video call through this API(CallCreationInfo) and pass the VTMID through parameter “subject”?

For example?
var callCreationInfo = new AvayaClientServices.Services.Call.CallCreationInfo(remoteAddress, false, 'VTMID');

Can you please elaborate on what do you mean by VTMID ?

Regarding video call creation, you need to add video channel and use Call.SetVideoMode Method.

by VTMID it means a video Teller (KIOSK) - each VTM (teller) will ahve its qunique id.
