Was wondering if anyone has a customer that uses MS CRM Dynamics and has built the CTI toolbar within CRM using CCT .NET SDK.

I know there is an AMC connector, but that is not an option for my customer.

Would like to know the high-level design that was used, in other words, was CCT .NET placed on same IIS as CRM application and all thin client at desktop?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Greg, check out Dynamics Telephony. It is a seamless telephony toolbar for Dynamics CRM and I have several customers using it.

By project, do you mean you're trying to integrate MS Dynamics with Avaya? Sorry, but I'm somewhat curious as to what you really need.
