Hello DincerGUNES,
Thank you for your question.
Currently CSDK can only determine who ended call (locally, remotely, by conference server).
And this info comes in CallEnded event.
Also CSDK creates call log, which has set of events with action type of:
UNDEFINED = 0,
MISSED,
REDIRECTED,
ANSWERED,
OUTGOING,
TRANSFERRED,
INCOMING
CSDK doesn't know about a real reason of call end. Communication Manager doesn't send any apropiate message whcih can be used by CSDK to determine end reason.
The answer is: there is no way to separate those events right now.
Regards,
Dmitry

Hi Chukiat,
Thank you for the question.
Could you please elaborate what is "donotcall snap-in".
It doesn't look familiar to me from ClientSDK perspective.
I also don't know which platform/language you use in development.
Regards,
Dmitry

Hi Børge,
Could you please send full logs from your device.
Looks like soemthing went wrong either from CSDK or MediaEngine side.
As you said it is not reproducible on Vantage device - most likely the problem is in configuration (client or environment).
Best regards,
Dmitry

Hi Børge,
CallFeatureService.ParkCall and InvokeFeature actually works the same way. So your code is correct.
The problem is in whether this feature is supported or not.
If you are using same extension for your harpdhone and csdk client so everything should be ok. As you said on harpdhone it works fine.
Did you checked feature capability before trying to execute this method?
Could you please collect client sdk logs for investigation?
Regards,
Dmitry

Hi Børge,
First of all you need to add feature button on CM (or SMGR) - call-park:
1. Go to SMGR
2. Open Communication manager
3. Enter extension number you want to update
4. Open button assignment
5. Select any empty button and select "call-park" from the list

Dmitry

Hi Børge,
Yes client receives all revelant information but parses only the things that is known.
CSDK is designed to encapsulate all the raw processing inside itself and provide only appropriate methods.
There is no API to get raw messages.
As alternative you can try to use some 3rd party tools for SIP sniffing and get SIP messages in real time.
But consider that connection works through TLS some of the info will be not available or invalid after decrypt.
There is hint in other topic how to record media in real time.
Probably this can also help to get raw messages. See last response in https://www.devconnectprogram.com/forums/posts/list/22205.page

Dmitry

Hi Børge,
ClientSDK doesn't support agent features.
So there is no API to get this info from ClientSDK side.
This is true for all agent specific features.

Dmitry

Hi Syed1,
Could you please elaborate your question?
ClientSDK allows developers to create their own application with VOIP functionality.
Also ClientSDK has "SharedControl" support - desktop device and hardphone work under same extension.
This "Shared control" allows to make call from desktop device and call will start on hardphone device.
Is that what you are looking for?
Best regards,
Dmitry

» [Android] How can i get audio during call??, 13/06/2018 04:26:41

Hi DroidMan,
As already answered in https://www.devconnectprogram.com/forums/posts/list/22166.page - there is no API which can be used to get audio stream.
The only workaround could be probably using some sniffing tools such as Wireshark - collect and decrypt audio packets in UDP and save as audio file.
But once again there is nothing to do using ClientSDK.
Best regards,
Dmitry

Hi butterklopsi,
Thank you for your question.
VantageBasic Application is not a part of CSDK communication package (which this forum is for) so I can't answer your question.
Vantage device uses ClientSDK as VOIP driver but test application and its icons are out of scope of CSDK.
Based on the context I suppose you can try following forum to address your question- https://www.devconnectprogram.com/forums/forums/show/38.page.
Please let me know if you can't find answer on suggested forum.
Best regards,
Dmitry
