Hi
I am using the DefaultDialogflowApp present in the sample application of 7.2.3
The OD and dialogflow integration white paper documents that when a response payload comes to app that contains listen_to_speech as true in DTMF payload, the app can accept the DTMF as well as speech input.
But when I try the sample application for the same it is only accepting the DTMF and not the speech. Please help me in this.
Does it require certain changes to be done in the app? Any settings or some custom coding or some property?

Hi
I have a variable that contains text. I want to play the text back to user using prompt. But the application does not have the TTS server. Is there any way to achieve this without using TTS?
I have the sample application for 7.2.3 on which the "readme" document says "The content has to be cached in the "application.reply_uri" EcmaScript variable on the platform." and this Application uses Expression in prompt for playing the audio.
But I am not getting how to cache it.
Please help in this

Hi
I want the to transfer the call with the above scenario that I mentioned (dialing a 10 digit number --> then giving some pause --> then dialing the extension number as dtmf tones to get the actual transfer happen)
So, How to use the transfer node along with the app you mentioned? I did not understand

Hi
I need to make a call transfer using the OD 7.2.3. or 7.2.2. The scenario involves following steps :
1. Dialing out a 10 digit number
2. The call will be answered by some other IVR(not built on avaya), so have to give a pause
3. Then dial the 5 digit extension number as DTMF tones
i.e. 10 digit number+ pause+ 5 digit extension
How can I achieve this?

Hi
I want to transfer the call to 10 digit number Indian number. (Is it possible to transfer to an Indian Number? If not so let say it is a US number)
For this I am using the blind transfer node and added the destination number to "destination number" field. But the call is not coming to the specified number.
Is the process that i am following is correct?

I have 2 more queries
1. Avaya can only play 8khz file or it has the capability to play 16khz also?
2. Can it record a 16khz file also using a record node? All the 4 options give 8khz recording
