» Can I configure the BusyReason code that the agent is changed before receiving a skill call?, 19/01/2018 04:49:34

Hello Martin,
thank you for your reply.
Sorry, I mixed things.
Yes, we have another software in the client side in .net that connects to IC's OCX.
This software is subscribed to events in agent, channels and telephony, and here is where we see this changes of states.
Anyway, I see that the agent is set to aux with code 1 before the call arrives to the agent.
What I want to know is which component (I am guessing CM) is changing this aux code to 1 and if this number can be changed.
Thank you again.

Hello everyone,
I am Ricardo and we are developing a dialer with JTAPI. The question here is not directly related to development, but CM configuration (I guess).
Well, here it goes: I am sending a call to a skill
LucentCall oCall = (LucentCall) oProvider.createCall();
...
LucentAddress oAddress = (LucentAddress) oProvider.getAddress(oPhanStat.getName());
LucentTerminal oTerminal = (LucentTerminal) oProvider.getTerminal(oPhanStat.getName());
if(oCall.connect(oTerminal, oAddress, sVDN, false, new UserToUserInfo(sUUI)) == null)
throw new Exception("Connection is null");
Before the call arrives to the agent, the channel of the agent changes to ChannelBusy with BusyReason 1.
This is my question: Where do I configure this BusyReason, why is it 1? can I change to another value?
In the customer place, right now, 1 means "rest time", not "outbound"
Thank you very much in advance.
Ricardo Sosa.

Hi Dmitry,
I am migrating applications to OD7.1.
Did you have to install tomcat8 in one folder or it does not matter?
Thank you.

Hello,
did you manage to solve this issue?
I think it might be related with tomcat installed in linux with apt-get, where tomcat is split into several folders (some in usr, some in var...)
Or maybe it is started in a different way (different parameters) and cannot find the context.xml file.
I have context.xml in META-INF application folder and I have copied this file into /conf/Catalina/localhost/appname.xml (just in case, this was not necessary in other tomcat installations).
Any help would be great.
Thank you.

Hello, since I am using OD 7.1 when I deploy IVR applications I cannot access the page in http://domain.name:8080/appName.
I am deploying in Apache Tomcat/7.0.72 with Java 1.8.0_31-b13.
I do access http://domain.name:8080/appName/Start and I get this message: "You have reached the application successfully."
How can I access the validation page or view the application in HTML mode?
It never happened to me with previous versions.
Thank you.

Thank you, that solved the issue.
Then, ddrt.properties is useless?
Thanks again.

Hello,
this has happenned several times now. It does not matter what I set on ddrt.properties, it is now showing only localapptrace.
I am not sure whether is OD application or Tomcat.
I am using OD 7.1, Tomcat 7.0 in Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64-bit.
My ddrt.properties file is copied below, but the trace.log shows the same info no matter what ddrt.properties file is.
showcaughtexceptions=disabled
showxmlroot=once
localddtrace=enabled
frameworkreporting=disabled
localapptrace=enabled
xmlrootinline=enabled
showxml=disabled
localsoaptrace=disabled
localreportlog=disabled
Thank you in advance.

Ok.
Thanks for the inforrmation.
In case this might be useful for someone: For the moment, I have parsed the string, introducing commas between the characters and sent it as "text".
Regards.

Is there anyway to set interpret-as="characters" besides writing my own vxml or overwrite updatePrompt?
Thanks.

Hello,
this was useful for me, but what if I have the value of the timeout in a OD variable?
That method is not receiving mySession as a parameter. Is there anyway I can access mySession?
Or better yet, I am using OD 7.1 now. Is there any way to customize timeouts with variables?
Thanks in advance.
