Hi,

I am using menu option to collect DTMF input from the user. Even if i provide the input while prompt is still playing, the input is recognized only after playing the prompt completely.

I want the system to identify the input as soon as it is provided with out waiting for the prompt to complete.

Make sure bargin is enabled. What version are you using? Is this in simulation or on the platform?

I see that the barge-in is set to true. still it does not work.

In preferences -> Avaya -> Application Simulatoin -> Dialog Designer Simulation make sure the "Enable Speech Bargein detection" is checked.

This is not needed in 6.0 and releases after.

Do we need to make any settings while configuring the application in AVP so that barge in works?
