Hi,
I'm getting 9012 error code with POM Desktop API

I'm getting 9012(Please wait while system is initializing.) while i execute AGTLogon command.I already initilized system (POMAgentFactory.init(socketArray);) before i execute AGTLogon command.

Hi please check POM port number.
That was what we faced; wrong port number. Try this 9970 or check your port number

Thanks a lot, the port is not the problem here.
Just for someone else that could read it searching information, I started to have this problem after uninstall POM version 3.0.0 and install POM version 3.0.1 correctly (with version 3.0.0 I used the internal postgres DB, with 3.0.1 an external Oracle db without issues).

I received a comment saying that version 3.0.1 need a new API. Im not sure at the moment.

Hi, Iam getting error 9012 that is " Response - Logon: RESULT=[9012:Please wait while system is initializing" while trying for agent log-on.

POM version is 3.0.1 with Avaya Elite configuration, that is have configured the elite outbound agent.

Appreciate for help to resolve this issue
