Hi,
Is there a way to disable the log of a single menu of the application by the trace.log AAOD?

In your Menu node, you can drag a Property item and in its' Properties, find the Private option. If you set that to True, it will tell the platform to omit things like DTMF key presses and TTS strings from the transcription logs. Once the private form is finished, normal logging resumes.
