I can see when I go into AES under Security>security database>TLinks

I see both TLink Name AVAYA#ACM#CSTA#AESSERVER1 & AVAYA#ACM#CSTA-S#AESSERVER1

but when I launch the TSAPI Test Application it only sees the AVAYA#ACM#CSTA#AESSERVER1 TLink and not the secure.

what do I need to do to be able to see and connect to the secure TLink

Check under AE Services > TSAPI > TSAPI Links > Edit Link to see if the Security dropdown is Both
