Hi,

I was looking at standard session detail reports from Avaya experience portal. I am not seeing option to enter UCID in search criteria.
I could see only session id and dialog id.

How can I pull out session detail records basis the UCID? Is there any alternative? Or any logic which helps in deriving session id if UCID is known?

Please help.

I don't think UCID is even a field in the Session Detail report. I can be wrong. You may need to contact Avaya support to get more clarification.
