Hi,
Is there a way to configure more than one speech server on the AAEP? I mean, have one as primary and if that fails, swtich to the other one.

Or maybe configure load balance for them?

You can add multiple ASR or TTS servers in EPM but I am not sure how load balancing or fail over works. You would need to contact Avaya Support as this is platform support question.
