Need your help to see what I am missing, as what I am trying seems to be straightforward but it is not playing like what I expect.

In a prompt, I am using 'Audio Constant' and setting the following attributes:

Constant Value: 06:30pm
Format: Time
Time Format: 12 hours clock (hh:mm am/pm)

But I am not hearing this part of the prompt played. It just skips and plays another prompt that I have.

I know that the standard prompt are getting played because, if I do the 'Spelling characters' option for format, then the prompt is getting played.

Does the Constant Value of '06:30pm' look okay? I have also put a space between 30 and pm like '06:30 pm' but same result.

Thanks

I found this in the manual can you give it a try?

The result is a five character string in the hhmmx format, where x
is either “a” for AM, “p” for PM, “h” to indicate a time specified by using 24
hour clock, or “?” to indicate an ambiguous time.

It's from page 277 of the 7.2 Avaya Aura® Orchestration Designer Developer's Guide.

Thank you rfp for your response.

This part of the guide talks about the builtin grammars for time. But I see what you are saying, this might be the same format that is used the by standard parsing for the Audio 'Time'.

I will give it a try and let you know what I get.
