Subject: Java example for adding/updating agent using CCMA web services

Hi, we are trying to add/update agents into AACC using the CCMA open interfaces (web services). We are using Java for the development. We are able to get the list of agents without any issue. But, we are having trouble in adding/updating agent details. Is there any example/sample Java code to do this please?

No - I've reviewed all the material and there are no Java Sample Code available for this SDK.

I would recommend that you open a ticket with the DevConnect Tech Support Team so they can help you resolve your issue.
