Hello, team.
Would you please help with this Breeze JS CSDK Customer Interaction Package's unexpected result?
There are “agent.goready(manual_in)” and “agent.goready(auto_in)” functions in the package.
but when I tested “agent.goready(manual_in)", this function does not make any effect, and agent phone status is always auto-in regardless using “agent.goready(manual_in)” function or not.
Would you please let me know what is the purpose of the “agent.goready(manual_in)” and “agent.goready(auto_in)” functions?
The Breeze CSDK version is 3.5.

Hi Chris,

Are you using the Breeze CSDK with an Elite environment? The "MANUAL_IN" / "AUTO_IN" feature works on Elite only and has no effect when it is used with Oceana.

Thank you for your reply.
The environment is CM+Elite+Oceana+AAEP, and the customized soft-phone is made for Oceana agent.
Do you mean that the function is not for Oceana agent?
and Is the function only working for Workspaces for Elite?

Yes, that is correct. Manual In / Auto In is for Elite only
