AFAIK, named licenses are available only for Avaya products.

AgentEvents are not available to third party applications.
NamedLicensing is only available to Avaya products integrating with AE Services.
Using NamedLicensing requires a proprietary handshake between AE Services and the remote server. Avaya does not license this exchange to third party applications.

Access to Agent State information to third party applications can be accomplished through the use of polling. Before implementing polling please review this PSN: https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/101036842

Dear John,

Thank you for your answer. my question is if I have namedlicense that it means we can receive AgentEvent by default. or using namedlicense don't require license only for third party application, it can't receive AgentEvent.

thanks.

Since a third party application can not access a named license (Even if your AES license file shows a named licensing section), your application can not acquire AgentEvents.

Named licenses are only available to other Avaya products making use of AE Services.
